Praiseing God on the wrong side of the river.
Exodus 14:11-15:1 Praiseing God on the wrong side of the river. Exodus 14:11- 15:1 Ex 14:11, And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness?...... Ex 15:1, Then sang Moses and the children of Isreal...... As Pharaoh persude the children of Isreal, they began to murmmer and complane, God had brought them out of bondage, He was their source and supply. But when it came to the sea, they wanted to give up and return into bondage again. They had forgotten about Gods dileverence. Only when they were safe across the river did they start praiseing God. They Praised Him on the wrong side of the river. What are the enemies of the christian? Doubt, uncertanty, confusion, lack of faith and ignorance. To recieve from God we hafe to know how to approach Him in spirit and truth. Why do we always hafe to wait on God to deliever us our of trouble before we praise Him? Has He caused us to doubt Him has He ever left us in bondage to satan under any condition, have we walked a lonely road alone?It seems that as a young christian we have the spirit and faith in us, so that we believe that we can beat the word at everything, and come out without a scratch. But something happens along the way to being mature in Christ, We as the Isrealites did reverse our praise and wait for the mirical in our lives before we praise God. We start praiseing God on the wrong side of the river. When your in trouble and dont know what to do, go to God and start praiseing Him. Dont take a wish list with you, God is not a Bank or a delivery boy. God is the Almighty, The first and the Last, the begining and the end, the Alpha and Omega. Doesnt the scripture say that, The Joy of the Lord is my strength. When your down, lonely, depressed, when the bill colectors start to call, when your family is sick, when you think that satan is haveing a hay day with your finances, your boss treatens to replace you with a machine, when your doctor tells you that you have cancer or heart desiese, throw up your hands. Yes, throw up your hands and start praiseing the Lord. Sing Him songs, Glorify His name, Dance to Him, Leap and shout and just praise Him. When you start praiseing God then you get His attention. The Lord inhabites our praise, so when we praise Him Hes there with us. The scripture tells us that Jesus would never leve us or forsake us, Hes there. We dont Glorify God after the delieverence but before. Look at the patrearcs of the old testiment, many before battle, praised God and thanked Him for the battle won, before the battle was fought.Look at Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy. There are nine, Blessed ares, in Matthew 5, what Jesus said would happen will happen. We are blessed, we are not under bondage, we dont hafe to wine and complaine. We are supossed to use the old testiment scriptures as an example. So when are we going to church, when are we going to learn from the mistakes listed there? Today is the day of salvation, today is the day of our delieverence, today is the day we praise God, not tomorrow after we cross the river, but now on this side.We start now, praiseing God for our salvation. Have you ever noticed that most christians never call on God unless they want something or when something is wrong. You never hear about God in the news or on television unless there is a major event that has taken place, and then everyone, believer and unbeliever, wants God to bless there country or nation.Even in the churches, they talk of faith and prosperity and not once give God the praise for it. They say we have done this and we have done that and we want to thank this group and that group. But what about God? What about Jesus and the Holy Ghost? But you can sit back and watch, something always goes wrong and then they call upon God.Pride comes before a fall. When do they praise the Lord? Not before but after the Lord rescues them. When are we going to learn to lean on Jesus, when are we going to learn to praise God before we cross the river. When are we going to start thanking Him who delivers us in times of distress, when? Look at Psalms 148:1-2 Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the Heavans, Praise Him from the heights. Praise ye Him all His angels, praise ye Him all His hosts. The Bible tells us a secret to get to the Lord ,in time of need praise,praise, praise. Its the key for hearing from God ,its the key to our finiances, its the key to our health, its the key to our life, and its the key to get us to the other side of the river. The waters are dark, swift and troubled, wouldnt you want the Lord on your side before you step into the water, which is the world? Its the world system that is trying to creep its long gangly fingers into the church. its the leaven of the pharsees thats trying to get into our schools and churches and homes by whatever way is open. Homosexualiety and perversness, drugs and alcohol, pornography and all manner of unrightiouness creaping throu the doors ,like a rageing river that wont be stopped. As it was in the day of Noah, so shall it be in the day of the second comming of the son of man. The river is rageing, fire and smoke and blood intermingle with the waters of change. Theres a storm comming and the river must be crossed.The waters are riseing where the government cant help, where your neighbour cant help, where the nations of the world cant help, we are against the bank of the river ,we cant take another steep, the waters are riseing and we are about to be overtaken. What do we do? Praise the Lord, praise Him with the harp and the stringed instruments, every thing that has breath, Praise the Lord. Not on the other side but now, and watch the difference it makes.Take the key, and open the doorway to Heavan, dont be caught up with the world. And dont be caught, Praiseing God,On the wrong side of the River. A.R.S.

Being Born again
John 3:6-3:6 John 3:6, That which is born of the flesh is flesh. The flesh here is the physical or biological part of humanity. Jesus was born into 1st Adam. 1st Adam was earthly, sinsual, develish. As we are all born into 1st adam we all die in the flesh. And that which is born of the spirit is spirit Jesus was the last, Adam. We as christians were born into 1st adam and we will live in last Adam. Being born again, is not only in the mind. People who are only born again in the mind generally fall at the first sign of trouble. There is no rooting or strength within them selves, they are still in 1st adam. They are what I call Part time Christians. Undependiable, easyly swayed by all forms of doctrine and weak in faith. Being born again is a reversal or regeneration of you soul and spirit. That person within you who makes you, you.Its what makes us who we are. Being born again, is the willful change of who we are not just in mind but in soul and spirit. A complete change of ourself. Doing away with mans ignorance, wisdon, knowledge and understanding. And accepting, spiritual visions, kingdoms,dominons,mysteries and regeneration.Being able to say that I am not the center of the universe but I am who I am by the grace of God. Being able to look at others welfare better than your own.Being born in first Adam was our destiny. We live in this world as, strangers and pilgrams. We fight to come into this world and we fight to stay. Everyone is born into 1st Adam. We wake up each day and try to figure out how to survive it turmoils and troubles.If you look at a picture of Adam and Eve in the garden and then look at a picture of Jesus on the Cross, then you might be able to understand the words of the scripture of the two Adams. We were created for Gods good pleasure, not knowing from birth what our future holds in store, weather we will be rich or poor, strong or weak.People ask me, why do some people that are ungodly prosper and others as christians live in poverty.For this answer we hafe to look back at Pharow. He was a leader that persecuted the Isralites, made slaves of them. At one time, when they served God, they were wealthy and prosperious. But because of disobedience they reverted to Idolitry and unrightiouness.They began to love money and posessions, more than they loved God. This happens alot to christians today, Ive told them and warned them, that posessions are fine so long as you think more of the Creator than the creature. Think more of the one who blesses you than that of the blessing.To be born again is the act of faith toward God to supply you with your daily needs. When you become completely submissive to God then He promissed to give you your Hearts desire.If the ungodly know how to give good gifts unto their children, how much more can God give to those who believe.Ive been prosperious and Ive been poor, but in all cases the Bible tells us, what ever state that you in, there with be content. The problem today in these periouless times, is that people are not content with what God gives them. Once we become content and show God that we can handel what he gives then He will give a little more. Its like giveing a child a quarter and after you can trust him to spend it wisely, then you increse it every time he proves that he will not misuse the blessing. The scripture says that the powers that be are ordained by God, unrightious people also are some of the most prosperious people in the world but there is comming a payday for them. The scripture says that it is easier for a cammel to pass throu the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heavan.Are you truly born again, can God really trust you with a blessing or are you wateing on a blessing so you can trust God? Jesus told us to lay our treasures up in Heavan so that no one could break in and steal from you. Are you in a position to protect the blessings from God, or would you worry and lose sleep over weather some one will take what you have. God wants our total submission to Him, His total support and trust. Some times the best blessing from God is our remaining in the state that were in. Today many people are looseing their lives over posesions and money. The love of money is the root of all evil. Once we are aware of God reasoning behind our situation then we become at peace with God.When I was a sinner and prosperious, I found out that there was a burden that came upon me with the wealth. Sleepless nights, bad health, worry, and enemies, always looking for a way to take what I had away. Then one day God showed me, be born again and I will show you a better way. I went to an alter of prayer and God forgave me, He saved me from who I was and had become. I was a new creature in Christ.I also prayed for prosperity, for I thought that was what a christian was all about. In 1999, I was prepareing to preach that night and fell over with a massave heart attack, the doctors pronounced me dead, per instruction from the Holy Ghost, My wife laid hands upon me and I arrose, I was in great pain, but allive.So you say what does this hafe to do with being born again or prosperity? Everything. I spent five mounts in physical theoropy. I had money, a pretty home, car,my job, everything that I thought that I ever needed and on the seventh mounth, it was all gone. The money the car my home, furniture everything. The only thing my wife and I had left was our faith. God had chosen this time to show me that being born again was haveing total trust in Him and not haveing dependance on man or posessions.Today Im the richest poor man in my family. Peace with the world and peace with God. I have more now than I had before, because of faith and being content with what I did have, Faith in God.Being born again is the key to prosperity and peace. Let Jesus take controll, let go, give to those that are less fortunate and see if God will open up a window to heavan and will pour out a blessing that you cannot contain. If I can do it you can.

Now Faith
Hebrews 11:1-11:23 Now Faith is, by Rev A.R. Smith Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is, the substance of things hoped for, the evedence of things not seen. Introduction; We see many people expecting things to happen tomorrow. I hear it every day when I speek to frends, loved ones and even enemyes. They always say, Well maby tomorrow things will get better, or maby tomorrow or next week, Ill start going to church. And i always add, well what if tomorrow never comes? Where will your soul be for eterniety? Think about it. I. What does Hebrews say about faith? Now faith is, Lets break it down so we can understand it a little better. What Paul was saying here is the same thing, Jesus told Mary and Martha. John 11:32, Then Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying unto Him, Lord if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. Isnt that the way some christians are, they try to put blame on everything not knowing that whatever happens to us as believers may just be the will of God. As you see here, Mary had faith for yesterday, she didnt have,Now Faith.She believed if Jesus had been there yesterday, Her brother, would not have died. She had seen many wonders preformed by Jesus and at this time, along with everyone else, that knew Jesus,they were walking by sight, and not by Faith.We see this alot in scripture and in our daily lives. Christians are sitting back waiteing for the Rapture and doing nothing today, to add to their own faith. being sick in body and spirit, not knowing where to turn, not knowing how to survive. Look at John verse 37, And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused that even this man should not have died? Walking by sight and not by faith. How many wonders does Jesus hafe to do before we believe. The Bible states, that, We can do all things throu Christ Jesus, who strengthens Me. Thats Now Faith,. I can, I Can, I can do all things, not yesterday, not tomorrow, but NOW. We all have been given a measure of Faith by the Holy Spirit, but what about Faith for today? Where does it come from? It comes from the same Spirit. Now Faith is,What is it? Its a substance, Strongs Dictionary declaires that ,A substance is, 1. a property. 2. A possession. 3. A virtue. 4. a wealth. So if we use this description, Now Faith is a virtue, a desire,a possession ,a substance, we can hold onto. so it,s the virtue or substance of what? Things hope for . the Bible tells us , if we possess then why do we hope? so can we say anything we hope for is faith? II. LETS look at verse 39 . Jesus said, take ye away the stone.martha , the sister of him that was dead , saith unto him , Lord , by this time he stinketh. for he has been dead four days." Martha was looking at the present tense. even thou she notted Jesus deity , she as with mary believed in yesterday and tomorow faith. sometimes we as christians also forget whom we serve , we forget that God is the creator of all things , visible and invisible colossians 1:16. Lets go to John 11,23. Jesus said unto her," thy brother shall rise again.: martha said unto him , I know that he shall rise again in the resurection at the last day. Many that Ive spoken to, belive in the resurection at the last day.: but its hard to get them to belive that God is a , now God. hes the God of the past , present and future . It seem the true test of a christian lies in how much, now faith, they have, how much that they belive that Jesus is able to take of now proublens, how much that they belive , what he said, " I will never leave you nor forsake you , I will be with you always, even untill the end of the world. III. the evidence of things not seen. WHEN you hope ,its things that you , do not possess. the hope that dwells within us is that, the same spirt that raised Jesus from the dead, will also quicken our mortal bodys. This means to make us alive in Christ. to make us a sacrifice , to be able to say that, Im dead to sin, it no longer controlls my destiny , my life, my very soul, I am who I am , by the grace of God. this is the evidence of things not seen. now faith . verse 25 . Jesus said unto her," I am the resurection , and the life..... Lararus, come forth, " the power in his voice , the majesty in his words. his command to death, had to be obey , there was no other choice. Lazarus had to rise, he had to abey. Jesus was teaching faith. Conclusion,; According to the apostile Paul, Hebrews 6; ,... let us go on to perfection....,let us start useing , NOW FAITH, we have such a short time left, lets use our faith to see our children saved , and the name of Jesus built up to the glory of the Father.
